i didnt do well for mid-years. i studied. alot. never studied this much in my whole life. still. parents claim they only look at the effort i put in.

every parent forgets saying that once they get the report card.
i think im gonna hear stuff like: you dont help out at home, etc, and you can still get such bad results. so committed to PSL, etc, and you dont do anything at home.
please. gimme a break.
no matter how much i do, everyone only sees my sisters efforts. i doub she even mops the floor. but thats not the point. hmm i gave up a long time ago anyway.

i came across this on some sparknotes website while studying for literature! i think loads of people have this problem. even me! (: but its pretty darn interesting tho.
I hate it when you text a huge paragraph, like you’re totally venting and pouring out your inner struggles, or you spend a lot of time texting out about something funny that happened to you that day and then the person replies:
“Sucks.”
Yes, it does suck that’s why I’m telling you about it.
“Lol.”
This must be the most unimaginative reaction.
“Damn.”
Wow I feel consoled.
“Rofl.”
I think this reply is so tacky. Rolling on the floor laughing? We don’t need to know that.
“I see.”
I hate this one. What the heck are you supposed to say after that? Oh, I am so glad that you see what I just texted you? Come on, please be original.
“Dang.”
Same thing as damn but sounds wimpier.
“Wow.”
Interesting response. It has, like, a double meaning. Are you saying “wow” because I wrote a lot, or what I wrote was too amazing to even reply to in a coherent sentence?
In conclusion, don’t do it. A lot of people are gonna be grateful, trust me. If you are one of the one-word repliers, here are some nice already-well-thought-up, convenient responses.

the girl with the broken smile.
went to the airport with mum to fetch dad! hilarious to the max. mummeh took 15 minutes to move out of the carpark. and throughout the whole car ride, you have no idea how unerved i was. but it was fun. dad bought a black dress for me (: and i got loads of accessories and two bottles of perfume from anna sui! (:(: cool much.
e-learning today! i woke up super late. and i havent really been doing anything today other then looking for practice papers to do. and i have three papers in school tomorrow. which means that i would be in school sitting for exams till 4pm. haha. killer man.
i tried tuna for the first time today. not bad (: kinda yummy. but the smell is super strong. anyway, dont get shocked if i get pissed with anyone of you for not replying messges intentionally. i just dont like it lah. it’s mighty rude not to reply someone’s text message.
aha. yeah. im a very petty person (: i doubt i’ll ever find a husband who’d be able to put up with me. ohyeah. CAMBODIA OCIP IS STILL ON FROM 25th MAY TO 1st OF JUNE YAYYAYYAYYAYYAY. spell awesome for me!!! C-A-M-B-O-D-I-A!

i want my money back.
if you were wondering why this idiot hasnt been updating, yeah. i forgot my pass again. aha. im sucha failure. anyway. my parents bought my sister and i a new computer. but we decided to keep the old one. cos it’s pretty new.
random thought of the day. i remember consulting laura about what i should ask for from my mum on my birthday. she said freedom. which is pretty true. i gotta ask permission to use the computer and what not. yup. which kinda spurred something in me. with trust, you have freedom. in order to get someone’s trust, you have to prove, and show the person that you’re worthy of that trust. like coming home before curfews for example. yep. i’m glad my parents trust me more now. im actually allowed ti go out to study with friends! (:
go away you evil swine. stupid babis. OCIP better not be cancelled. or i will personally fly to mexico with a fishtank over my head, plus a bodysuit, and kill all the pigs there with my bare hands. but, i wouldnt mind if the mid years were postponed. (:

i cant believe people can change so much. really. like, i wasnt even talking about her. what a bitch man. rawr. i decided to start afresh. i may not update regularly. but i’ll always be here. rest assured, i wont forget my password again.
anyway, school has been fun (: weekends have been fun with friends and family too. thanks you guys for all the birthday wishes and all. tho i’ve only gotten two presents so far, who cares? i’ve got awesome friends who remembered my birthday. and i celebrated my birthday with my family and had an awesome hagen daz cake. thats all that matters. (: (not the cake lah)
hmm. lets see. two weeks till the exams. no progress yet. i always only manage to do my homework. never manage to have time for studying. thats bad. very bad. but i’ll buck up soon. i have to.
